The challenge
Most home policies have gaps you can’t see
Replacement cost, deductibles, water backup, liability — the details are where homeowners policies differ, and where gaps hide. Many families only discover what’s missing after a storm or a burst pipe.
We go through your policy line by line, point out common gaps like missing sewer and water backup coverage, and customize protection to your home and your budget.

FAQ
Common questions
What's the difference between replacement cost and actual cash value?
Replacement cost pays to repair or replace without subtracting depreciation. Actual cash value subtracts depreciation. Replacement cost usually costs more but pays more after a loss.
Does homeowners insurance cover flooding?
Standard policies do not cover flood. Water or sewer backup can often be added as an endorsement, and flood coverage is a separate policy.
Should I raise my deductible?
A higher deductible lowers your premium but means more out of pocket per claim. We'll show you the difference so you can decide.
